Check-in \/ Check-out times<\/strong>: Check-in time at the camp is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We can discuss any changes to these
times when you make your reservation. An extra charge may apply for an extension of the checkout time, either pre-arranged or as a
late departure.<\/p>\n

Child Policy:<\/strong> Children up to 6 years of age can stay free in their parent\u2019s room using existing bedding. Children ages 7 to 11 pay INR
2,000 per night. Children 12 and older pay the full additional person rate.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy:<\/strong> Cancellations are: non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.<\/p>\n

Identity Record:<\/strong> It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government
regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The proof of identification
accepted is a Driving License, Voter ID Card, and a Passport. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the
right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under
other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.<\/p>\n

Payment Terms:<\/strong> Please check the payment gateway terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Liability:<\/strong> Guests agree to be held personally liable in the event that any indicated person, group, company or association fails to pay all
or part of any charges incurred. It is strongly recommended that each guest take the appropriate level of travel insurance for the
duration of their stay. HeavenInDesert will not be liable for any loss or injury to person or property at HeavenInDesert, on a desert
safari or other tour operated by HeavenInDesert, and during any transportation to and from the camp or any other activity operated by
HeavenInDesert.<\/p>\n


Damage to Hotel Property:<\/b> We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying damage. If damage is discovered after the
guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest\u2019s credit or debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the guest\u2019s
registered address. However, we will make every effort to rectify any damage internally before contracting with a specialist to make the
repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs to the guest to a minimum.<\/p>\n


Removal of Hotel Property:<\/b> We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises
by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should
the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest\u2019s
credit\/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.<\/p>\n


Inappropriate Behaviour:<\/b> It is the hotel\u2019s policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as
responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a
guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Duty Manager,
the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of
the guest\u2019s actions, the Police may become involved at the hotel\u2019s discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.<\/p>


Lost \/ Damaged Property:<\/b> Should any guest lose any belongings during their stay or incur damage to their property, the provision of
the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 will apply, a copy of which is displayed in reception. If we find any lost property, we will make every
reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed within 3 months of
the guest\u2019s departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.<\/p>


Vehicles:<\/b> All vehicles are parked at the owners\u2019 risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in the hotel car park, the hotel cannot accept
any liability. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car park for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the
hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owners\u2019 expense.
Nothing in these terms or conditions shall limit or restrict the guests\u2019 legal rights as a consumer. Advice concerning such rights may be
